During each call, after collecting the caller's phone number, the AI receptionist asks once for explicit consent to send SMS messages. The consent request clearly discloses:

“I can send you a text confirmation with your appointment details and any updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Our terms and privacy policy are at caleonai.com. Would you like to receive texts — yes or no?”

If the caller agrees, the AI confirms:

“Great! I'll send you a text to confirm your enrollment shortly. Remember, reply STOP anytime to opt out.”

If the caller declines or does not answer, no SMS messages are sent. The AI asks only once per call and does not repeat the opt-in request.

No marketing or promotional content is sent.
